Job summary

Moove is hiring an IT Systems Administrator to support employees across multiple locations from the Phoenix office. You will own device provisioning, user access, and automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and scale operations as Moove expands into new markets.

You will manage hardware lifecycle, onboarding/offboarding, and integration of JumpCloud with Google Workspace, Jira, and other apps, while maintaining security controls and clear documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT systems administration experience.
• Hands-on experience supporting end-user devices.
• Experience procuring, configuring, enrolling, deploying, recovering, and tracking hardware.
• Experience administering identity platforms (JumpCloud, Okta, Entra ID).
• Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
• Strong automation skills using Python, PowerShell, Bash or similar.
• Experience with REST APIs and JSON; logging and error handling.
• Familiarity with macOS, Windows, ChromeOS, and mobile device support.
• Knowledge of SSO, MFA, role-based access, onboarding and offboarding.

Responsibilities

• Resolve employee IT issues across macOS, Windows, ChromeOS, and mobile devices.
• Manage IT tickets, communicate progress, and drive issue resolution.
• Procure, configure, and deploy hardware within budget and procedures.
• Administer user accounts and access controls in JumpCloud, Google Workspace, and Jira.
• Build and maintain automation scripts and integrations for onboarding and offboarding.
• Assist with site setup and basic network/Wi‑Fi testing as needed.
