Lake Trucking Company in Leesburg, FL is seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to oversee and support day-to-day technology on-site. The role focuses on managing Windows PCs/Servers, FileMaker, QuickBooks, and Microsoft 365 within a small, on‑site team.

You will be responsible for user support, network maintenance, cybersecurity, backups, and coordinating with outside vendors when needed. This is a full-time, on-site position rooted in a family-run environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with FileMaker/Server and QuickBooks.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 / Office 365.
• Hands-on IT with Windows PCs/Servers and networking.
• Ability to support and troubleshoot users.

Responsibilities

Stokes Fish Company was established in 1931 and has a proud tradition of carrying the freshest highest quality seafood available and being SQF (Safe Quality Food) certified. Our sister company, Lake Trucking Company, was established in 1961 and is the largest refrigerated carrier of fresh seafood out of Florida. Located in Central Florida (Leesburg, Florida), we are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable IT Systems Administrator to oversee, manage and support our day-to-day technology. We are looking for a hands-on IT person to manage and support our day-to-day technology.

This is a practical, all-around IT position. You should be comfortable fixing problems yourself, supporting users, managing servers and networks, and keeping the company’s systems running.

• Develop and enforce IT security policies, standards, and best practices to protect company assets and data.
• Safeguard data, network access, and backup systems while supporting disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
