Job summary

Qualifications

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in related field preferred, or any combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties.
  • Ability to exhibit a high level of confidentiality.
  • Must be flexible and willing to work with occasional changes in scheduling.
  • Must subscribe to the Agency’s Mission Statement and Organizational Values.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain inventory and records for servers, workstations, mobile devices, printers, and network equipment.
  • Assign and reclaim devices as staff onboard and offboard with the Agency.
  • Plan and process security updates on all servers, hypervisors, and workstations.
  • Coordinate with software providers to support line of business applications.
  • Update IT documentation and guides as the environment changes.
  • Work with vendors on hardware/software quotes and procurement.
  • Troubleshoot to isolate and diagnose common networking, computer, and printing issues.
  • Install and manage security cameras.
  • Complete IT tickets and work requests.
  • Experience with these platforms is required: Active Directory; Windows Server file servers, print servers and similar; Office 365 and Exchange Online.

Job description
