Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and troubleshooting support for WAN and LAN networks including Cisco Meraki firewalls, switches, and access points.
• Implement, tune, and manage network technology.
• Rack and cable equipment in corporate buildings and maintain installation documentation.
• Evaluate, test, and deploy all technology upgrades to the network infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software or hardware.
• Maintain procedures and reports that provide technical support to the entire organization.
• Analyze records and logs to spot underlying trends and potential issues.
• Work with the tech team to provide end-user support and issue resolution.
• Establish accounts for new users and assist with password or login problems.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging tools and technologies.
• Participate in business-wide meetings to provide insight into technical requirements.

Mungo Homes has an opening for an IT Systems Administrator! This position will work out of our Charleston, SC market!

This position is responsible for maintaining and monitoring the computer systems and networks for our business. You will be tasked with solving complex technical issues, provide recommendations for improvements, and collaborate with team members across all departments to assist them with their technical requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide operational and troubleshooting support for Wan and LAN networks that include Cisco Meraki firewalls, switches, and access points.

Education and/or Experience:

Associate's or bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field and 2-3 years of experience in a network administrative support role; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
