Enrolled in an accredited CS/CE/Networking/IT degree program.
Completed 1–2 years of undergraduate study prior to employment.
Knowledgeable in Windows, Windows Server, Unix/Linux, and macOS.
Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.
Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Eagerness to learn and take initiative with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day IT needs, troubleshooting and system maintenance.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows and Linux operating systems.
Manage network configurations and ensure software licenses are up to date.
Assist with implementing security measures per government and Laboratory policies.
