Superior Managed IT in Minnesota is seeking an IT System Administrator to support client IT environments across hardware, software, cloud services, and core infrastructure. This role requires diagnosing, resolving, and documenting complex technical issues while delivering excellent client service in a fast-paced MSP setting.

The candidate will deploy hardware and software, support on-site services, and participate in a rotating on-call schedule with mentoring responsibilities for junior team

Responsabilités

• Monitor, maintain, and support Windows environments, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, cloud services, and end-user systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and access management issues.
• Deploy hardware, software, and new IT solutions for client environments.
• Provide escalation support for Service Desk technicians and mentor junior team members.
• Document technical work, maintain knowledge base content, and ensure accurate reporting.
• Support onsite service needs and participate in a rotating on-call schedule.

Job Description

This role is ideal for an experienced systems administrator, IT support professional, or managed services engineer who can troubleshoot complex technical issues, implement solutions, mentor junior staff, and deliver excellent client service.
