Job summary

Impact Property Solutions in Carrollton, TX seeks an IT System Administrator – Tier II to manage our IT environment and support multiple offices with a focus on security, collaboration tools, and user support.

The role emphasizes Windows, Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, inventory management, onboarding/offboarding, and IT projects with a Monday–Friday 12pm–8pm schedule on-site. Strong communication and documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required; college degree or technical certs preferred.
• Experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Active Directory.
• Experience administering Microsoft Intune and supporting corporate iPhones/iPads.

Responsibilities

• Serve as initial IT contact for employees via phone, email, or in person.
• Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, and device issues.
• Own requests through to completion or escalation.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Active Directory accounts and access.
• Support onboarding/offboarding and device deployment.
• Maintain IT inventory, licenses, and equipment tracking.
• Support printers, phone systems, and IT projects.
