Trulieve is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide technical assistance across multiple locations. You will handle hardware, software, and network troubleshooting, and contribute to SOP development for efficient knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT support, help desk, or desktop support in an enterprise environment.
• Ability to make sound, timely decisions in a fast-paced setting.
• Independent self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote IT support for Trulieve locations nationwide.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues on desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and security tools; manage user accounts.
