Job summary

EPIC Health Partners, LLC is seeking a full-time IT Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support across the organization. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, configure and maintain workstations, and assist staff with day-to-day technology needs.

Responsibilities include deploying equipment, supporting Microsoft 365 applications, and handling ticketing and documentation to ensure reliable access to systems and tools for staff.

Qualifications

• Two years of IT support or help desk experience.
• Proficient in Windows OS and Microsoft 365.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Experience supporting office technology (printers, scanners, desk phones).

Responsibilities

• Set up and deploy desktops, laptops, monitors, and peripherals.
• Install and update software on employee workstations.
• Diagnose hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Provide Microsoft 365 and business software support.
• Maintain equipment and perform routine upgrades.
• Manage user accounts and password resets.
• Track, prioritize, and resolve support tickets.
• Coordinate with vendors and building management as needed.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and warranty services.
