The role partners IT, clinical operations, and end users, providing deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of workstations, devices, and peripherals in a healthcare setting.

The position emphasizes security, access management, and readiness for go-lives, upgrades, and ongoing operational support across clinical environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of technical support or help desk experience.
• Experience deploying and supporting hardware, software, and network-connected devices.
• Experience with healthcare technology systems or clinical environments preferred.
• Post-secondary education or equivalent may substitute for degree on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

• Deploys, configures, maintains, and supports workstations, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices used with EHR Epic and clinical apps.
• Coordinates equipment readiness, inventory, staging, testing, deployment, replacement, and lifecycle management.
• Provides end-user technical support for hardware, software, access, connectivity, and workflow issues.
• Manages user access and security-compliant provisioning and deactivation.
• Supports system connectivity, remote access, and device performance.
