Position: IT Support Technician II

We are hiring a IT Support Technician II to support our Souderton Area Team.

Responsibilities

1. React to help desk calls via phone, ticketing system, email, and in person.
2. Provide professional customer service across all Univest locations and business units.
3. Troubleshoot desktop, application, phone, and networking issues (both basic and complex).
4. Prioritize incidents and assign them to the appropriate IT support group.
5. Collaborate with Tier 2 assistance to resolve issues.
6. Enhance call handling and ticket resolution processes, including creating training materials and knowledge base articles.
7. Configure and move PC hardware and software.
8. Work on-site 3 days a week and travel to other locations as needed.
9. Work flexible hours, including remote work using personal internet.
10. Participate in on-call rotation and off-hours support.
11. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and the Univest Code of Conduct.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field.
• Minimum of 3 years IT-related work experience.
• Experience with networking, Windows 10, and corporate hardware.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and in team environments.
• Customer-first mentality.
• Passion for technology and eagerness to grow skills.
• Experience with MS Office and desktop applications.
• Experience in financial services is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills.

Wage Range

The salary ranges from $25 to $30 per hour.
