You will install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware, software, and cloud-based systems across eight sites, including hybrid cloud services, with emphasis on security and user support. The role requires an associate degree or equivalent certifications and 1+ years in technical support.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or certifications in current technologies with a focus on IT.
• 1+ years in a technical support role.
• Experience with cloud and virtualization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, setup and configure hybrid cloud software, hardware, networks, and peripheral equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve end-user and company issues quickly.
• Ensure company security measures and policies are followed.
• Maintain support procedures and run books.
• Analyze logs for trends and issues.
• Support IT projects and migrations.
• Create user accounts and assist with system setup.
• Test and evaluate technology.
• Provide insight into IT requirements.
• Repair and replace equipment as needed.
