ECHO is seeking an IT Support Technician! This role focuses on ensuring user productivity and enhancing computing experiences by effectively identifying and resolving issues, all while delivering outstanding customer service.
The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 based on experience and qualifications.
This is a hybrid position that will offer the flexibility of working from home and on-site at our Lake Zurich facility.
