Job summary

Landry's, LLC. is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide first-level support across systems, software, and hardware. You will use problem management software to track incidents and requests, ensure SLA adherence, and document daily tasks.

The role involves maintaining equipment, asset inventories, and contributing to IT strategy with the team. The position requires at least an Associate’s degree in computer technology or equivalent training, and a minimum age of 21, with several benefits

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent technical training in computer technology.
• At least one year in a technical support role preferred.
• Minimum age requirement is 21.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for all systems, software, and hardware.
• Use problem management software to track all user incidents, requests, and system downtime.
• Complete and document all assigned daily tasks per the daily work schedule.
• Ensure user problems and requests are completed within approved SLA’s.
• Collaborate to create and maintain standard operating procedures and technical support documentation.
• Maintain workspaces and equipment per department policy.
• Collaborate to complete project work.
• Maintain technology asset inventories including PCs, laptops, monitors, printers, mobile devices, network, telephone systems and peripherals.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and technologies to advance IT strategy.
• Performs any other duties as assigned.
