JOB SUMMARY: The IT Help Desk Technicians are responsible for handling end user IT trouble tickets related to software and hardware issues. They ensure the health and uptime of end users' IT assets. This customer service/technical role requires patience and a problem-solving attitude. Experience with Windows installation and troubleshooting, network printers, and general network troubleshooting is required. Responsibilities include setting up new PCs, troubleshooting, and configuration.
Location: Schriever SFB, CO.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: 6 years in IT technical support and computer maintenance.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: High School Diploma and IAT Level 2 Certification.
