Job summary

Hospital Sisters Health System in Springfield, IL seeks an IT Support Technician to provide front line IT support to users across our facilities. You will configure and maintain PC desktops/laptops, mobile devices, printers and peripherals, and support Windows OS and applications.

The successful candidate will resolve issues or escalate to Support Engineers as needed, with a focus on delivering reliable IT services to colleagues in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associates degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in software, hardware, operating systems, installation procedures, and applications is preferred.
• A+ Certification is preferred.

• Provide front line IT support to customers.

Pay Range:

$23.15 - $34.73

A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.

Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking an IT Support Tech to join our team. Under general supervision, the IT Support Technician provides front line support to customers. The IT Support Technician resolves issues while referring more complex problems to Support Engineers and/or leadership. This role is responsible for PC desktop/laptop configuration and maintenance, mobile devices, printers, peripheral devices, and application support including Windows operating systems, software, and other applications.

Education Qualifications
