Premier Truck Rental seeks an IT Support Technician to provide technical help for computer systems, hardware, software, and network issues. The role is onsite in Fort Worth, TX, with remote support as needed.

You will install, configure, and upgrade tech, document resolutions, and assist in strengthening security and internal tools. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in a help desk role, associate degree or equivalent, and experience with ticketing systems.

Competenze

• Associate degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in a technical support or help desk role.
• Previous experience with ticketing systems (i.e., ServiceNow, Fresh Service, or ManageEngine)
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
• Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
• Proficiency with Windows and/or Mac OS, as well as common software applications and troubleshooting processes.
• Familiarity with network troubleshooting (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

POSITION SUMMARY

The IT Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical assistance with computer systems, hardware, software, and network issues. This role requires a strong problem-solving mindset and excellent communication skills to assist users both remotely and on-site. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology and eager to help others navigate technical challenges.

COMPENSATION

This position offers a competitive compensation package, benchmarked to regional market standards. It consists of a base salary plus the opportunity for quarterly profit sharing after one year of employment.

REQUIREMENTS
