Lake Charles Memorial Hospital is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide frontline IT support for physicians, directors, and staff. You will train new technicians, manage Active Directory, DHCP, and print services, and build or update workstations with software, troubleshooting hardware and software issues as they arise.
You will also handle workstation moves and new setups, and respond quickly to user requests to minimize downtime while ensuring adherence to IT standards and policies.
