Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled IT support professional to join our team on a part-time or fractional basis. This remote position will provide technical support to ensure our systems and applications run smoothly, troubleshoot issues as they arise, and help maintain our technology infrastructure. This role plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology systems and processes. This position requires a blend of operational expertise, technical proficiency, and project management skills. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess a strong problem-solving aptitude.

  • Manage, maintain, secure, and monitor the company's Microsoft environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of IT operations lead role, preferably in a small to mid-size business environment.
  • 2-3 years of experience in MS administration, security awareness, WordPress, Google Search Console, and vendor management.
  • 3-5 years of experience in researching and implementing/integrating tools/apps.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Strong understanding of various software applications, including Zoho CRM/Recruit, Microsoft applications, and Constant Contact.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Available to work for up to 10 hours per week or as needed.
  • Ability to work during standard business hours with occasional weekend availability.
  • Must be able to work remotely.
  • Candidates within the Eastern Time zone (preferred).
