DriveTime, headquartered in Tempe, AZ, is hiring an IT Support Specialist II to keep day-to-day IT operations running for corporate offices and remote employees. You’ll diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, deliver on-site and remote support, and serve as an escalation point for junior teammates.
The role requires 5+ years of end-user computing experience, a high school diploma, and strong troubleshooting skills.
