Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking an IT Support Specialist II to provide on-site and remote technical support for corporate offices and distributed teams. You will diagnose hardware, software, and network issues while maintaining strong customer service and clear communication with stakeholders.

As an escalation resource, you will mentor junior team members and contribute to IT initiatives, collaborating with System Administrators on broader projects and continuous improvements.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of end-user computing experience in an enterprise environment.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Hands-on experience providing technical support for laptop and desktop users.
  • Strong troubleshooting experience across hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision; flexibility for after-hours/weekend support as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver on-site and remote technical support for corporate offices and distributed teams.
  • Evaluate, prioritize, and resolve support tickets with clear stakeholder communication.
  • Act as escalation resource for IT Support Specialist I team members.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Manage multiple priorities, ticket queues, and walk-up requests.
  • Lead and contribute to IT-related projects assigned by IT leadership.
  • Collaborate with System Administrators on broader IT initiatives.
  • Maintain high standards of IT organization and operational efficiency.

This position focuses on diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues while delivering a high level of customer service.
