Planned Parenthood of Illinois is seeking an IT Specialist to provide hardware, software, and network support for staff across Illinois. The role involves hybrid/remote work, on-site visits to PPIL Health Centers, and collaboration with executive leadership to enhance cybersecurity.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in IT support, strong Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 experience, and familiarity with Azure AD/Exchange Online. Travel and after-hours availability may be required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional work experience.
• Minimum 3 years professional experience in PC/laptop management, troubleshooting, and/or helpdesk support using a ticketing system.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Experience managing MS Entra ID (Azure AD) and Exchange Online.
• Experience with endpoint-management, scripting, and cybersecurity practices.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hardware, software, and network support to staff in a hybrid/remote workforce.
• Manage helpdesk tickets and create Knowledge Base content.
• Travel to PPIL Health Centers across Illinois for on-site support as needed.
• Assist with cyber-security and IT budgeting efforts.
• Support staff training and live/virtual meeting technologies.
