Job summary

TRIGYN Technologies, Inc. seeks an IT Support Specialist in Valhalla, NY to provide user support for child welfare applications. You will deliver on-site instruction, respond to inquiries by phone, email, and in person, and help ensure data entry compliance.

You will also review training materials, present to staff, and assist with data warehouse support, requiring strong independent work skills and 3 years of relevant IT experience in child welfare environments.

Qualifications

• 36 months IT support experience in a Child Welfare environment.
• 36 months experience providing implementation support for new application builds in a child welfare environment.
• 36 months of experience providing on-site user support for a large scale (15k+ users) distributed child welfare application.
• 36 months of experience working on a large scale (15k+ users) roll out starting with a needs assessment, moving to production rollout and ending with ongoing support.
• Bachelor’s Degree.

Trigyn's direct government client has an immediate need for an IT Support Specialist in Valhalla, NY.

Description

Provide support for child welfare applications and initiatives.

Day to Day tasks to be performed by candidate include

• Provide user support via in-person, email and telephone
• Provide direct, on-site instruction to individual users and small groups

Mandatory Qualifications

• Works in the field of Information Technology, experienced in the usage and support of a collection of development platforms, technical architectures or business applications and products that run on those platforms - beyond that of a Programmer.
• Candidate is able to work independently, without assistance.
• 36 months of experience providing IT support in a Child Welfare environment. Child welfare is defined as child protective, foster care / permanency or preventive services.
• 36 months of experience providing implementation support services for new application builds in a child welfare environment. Child welfare is defined as child protective, foster care / permanency or preventive services.
