Job summary

ProMach's Zalkin, a ProMach Product Brand, is seeking an IT Site Administrator to own the day-to-day IT operations at our Statham, GA site. You will resolve end-user issues, manage AD accounts, and maintain server and backup infrastructure to keep the site running smoothly.

You will work hands-on with Windows Server, Hyper-V, and networking while coordinating with central IT. Strong communication and independent daily operation are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows Server, Hyper-V, and Active Directory.
• Basic networking knowledge: DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, routing/switching.
• Experience with patch management tools such as N-able or similar.
• Experience supporting multi-site environments (onsite and remote).
• Proven ability to manage daily IT operations independently.
• Strong troubleshooting, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service mindset.
• Ability to escalate changes when needed per IT leadership.

• Maintain and support Windows Server environments (2016 - 2025) and Hyper-V virtual infrastructure.
• End user support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and productivity applications.
• Perform system patching and updates.
• Monitor system performance and overall environment health.
• Provide onsite support for the Statham location and remote support for an out-of-state site.
• Administer Active Directory including user setup, deactivation, and access management.
• Maintain backup and recovery processes and cybersecurity procedures.
• Manage IT assets including hardware inventory and software licensing.
• Maintain SOPs, onboarding/offboarding processes, and support procedures.
• Coordinate with vendors and support projects as directed by IT leadership.
• Execute work in alignment with IT standards.

This role is responsible for day-to-day end-user support, light systems administration, and overall IT site ownership. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technologist who is equally comfortable resolving a printer jam, managing Active Directory accounts, and coordinating with hardware vendors and who takes pride in keeping a site running smoothly.

This is a broad, highly visible role. You will be the face of IT at your site, and your ability to build trust with end users and elevate effectively to central IT teams is as important as your technical skills.

This position reports to Business Unit IT leadership. While responsible for day-to-day IT operations, all strategic decisions, system design changes, and major modifications are directed by Business Unit IT leadership.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with SharePoint and Access databases
• Familiarity with backup solutions (e.g., Barracuda, Veeam)
