Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a skilled IT support professional for a long-term contract in New York, NY. The role requires onsite work five days a week for the first six months, with potential for hybrid work thereafter.

You will handle phone-based and remote troubleshooting for 1700+ users, covering Windows 11, AD, MS Office, Outlook, Citrix, VPN, and mobile device management. The position offers a 35-hour work week with a pay range of $25.00–$29.00/hour, benefits eligibility, and opportunities to

Description

This is a long term consulting position (12 months +). This position will require you to be onsite 5 days a week for at least the first six months. Then they will be evaluated and it could become a hybrid scenario. The hours for the role will be 10 am – 6 pm. This firm has converted high performing consultants from us in the past.

In this role, you will be part of a team providing mostly phone/remote support for 1700+ users with issues involving Windows 11, Active Directory, MS Office 2016/365, Outlook, Citrix, VPN, mobile devices, MobileIron MDM, Intune, Zoom, and iManage document management. They use Ivanti as their ticketing system and ITSM. The role is about 90% phone support and 10% floor/desktop support.

It is a 35 hour work week. (Lunch is not billable.)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $29.00/hr.
