The IT Support Specialist’s role is to provide Tier One support to the organization and to ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the organization’s IT systems in support of the core organization functions. This individual will apply proven communication and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate, and resolve systems issues in order to maximize the benefit of the organization’s investments.
