Job summary

E-Space is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our Arlington, Texas team. You will support the daily technology needs of executives, administration, finance, and engineering teams, from resolving helpdesk tickets to onboarding new users and ensuring smooth connectivity.

This hands-on role requires problem-solving in a fast-paced environment and offers opportunities for growth as our company expands its IT operations.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Helpdesk or IT Support role.
Associate degree or higher in Information Technology or a related field.
Certifications such as CompTIA Network+ or Linux+.
Candidate MUST be local to Arlington or nearby areas.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support and resolve issues to end users’ satisfaction.
Assist with onboarding new users.
Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues.
Setup and deploy new workstations, peripheral equipment, and software.
Respond to ad‑hoc and walk‑in IT requests.
Document troubleshooting steps and contribute to the internal knowledge base.
Monitor IT equipment levels and notify senior staff when inventory is low.

We are seeking a motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team in Arlington, Texas. You’ll play a key role in supporting the daily technology needs of our executive, administrative, finance, and engineering teams—ranging from resolving helpdesk tickets and setting up equipment to troubleshooting connectivity issues and assisting with onboarding. This is a hands‑on position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys problem‑solving, and wants to make a direct impact on IT operations as our company continues to grow.
