Ready to make connectivity from space universally accessible, secure and actionable? Then you’ve come to the right place! E‑Space is bridging Earth and space to enable hyper‑scaled deployments of Internet of Things (IoT) solutions and services. We are building a highly‑advanced low Earth orbit (LEO) space system that will fundamentally change the design, economics, manufacturing and service delivery associated with traditional satellite and terrestrial IoT systems. We’re intentional, unapologetically curious and fully committed to innovate space‑based communications and deliver actionable intelligence that will expand global economies, protect space and our planet, and enhance our overall quality of life. As a Senior Engineering Technician specializing in RF Hardware, you will be a critical hands‑on contributor to the build, test, and validation of our satellite RF systems. You bring deep bench experience working with RF hardware across multiple spectrum bands — from transmitters and receivers to antennas and arrays — and you know how to troubleshoot when things don’t behave the way the simulation said they would. You work fluidly between the lab bench, the anechoic chamber, and the engineering team, translating test data into actionable insight and keeping development programs moving with discipline and precision. This role is fully on‑site in Arlington, TX, where you’ll work alongside a close‑knit team building hardware that will fly in space.
We are redefining how satellites are designed, manufactured, and used—so we’re looking for candidates with passion, deep knowledge, and direct experience in LEO satellite component development, design, and in‑orbit activities. If that’s your experience – then we’ll be immediately wow‑ed.
