Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of PC/network experience, and strong customer-service and communication skills. Evening/weekend availability is required for venue events.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience maintaining personal computers and networks.
• Preferred: 4 year college degree.
• Computer Repair Certification.
• 2 years experience in a formal IT department.
• Know Windows OS, Active Directory, Apple devices, mobile tech; strong problem-resolution and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides PC hardware, software, and network connectivity support for end-users and events at KSE venues.
• Installs hardware, software, and peripherals and troubleshoots issues.
• Assists with network maintenance and security concepts.
