Job summary

DLH Corporation in Bethesda, MD is seeking an experienced Application Developer/Business Analyst/Project Manager to join a lean, integrated team. You will gather requirements from clients, translate them into technical solutions, and drive successful delivery across cross-functional teams.

You will craft user guides, SOPs, and training materials, design low-code apps (Google AppSheet, Google Sites), and manage incidents within SLAs while ensuring security and ITIL/Agile practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field with 2 years IT experience, or associate degree with 4 years IT experience.
• Ability to translate user needs into technical/functional requirements for COTS/GOTS apps.
• Experience as a power-user of Google Workspace AppSheet, MS 365, and Slack.
• Familiarity with ITIL and Agile in enterprise environments.
• Strong written and oral communications skills.
• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and document business requirements.
• Create and maintain project artifacts, including requirements and designs.
• Develop end-user documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
• Design, configure, and maintain low-code apps (AppSheet, Google Sites).
• Provide application support, troubleshoot issues, and manage incidents per SLAs.
• Manage user accounts and access while ensuring security policies.
• Coordinate and support UAT and testing activities.
• Deliver training sessions to promote effective adoption of solutions.
• Monitor performance and suggest process improvements.
