Job summary

DLH is seeking a Technical IT Support - Analyst to join a lean cross-functional team in Bethesda, MD. You will gather requirements from clients, translate business needs into technical solutions, and provide user support and training for enterprise applications.

You will design and maintain low-code apps (Google AppSheet/Google Sites), create end-user documentation, and ensure quality through testing and collaboration with developers and IT staff. A Public Trust clearance is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems, business, mathematics, or related field with 2 years IT experience OR an associate’s degree with 4 years IT experience.
Experience communicating complex technical topics to diverse stakeholder groups.
Experience as a power user in Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack; familiarity with LCNC tools is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to translate end-user needs into technical/functional requirements for COTS/GOTS apps and implement changes.
Familiarity with ITIL and Agile in enterprise environments.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
Create and maintain project artifacts including requirements, process flows, and designs.
Develop end-user documentation such as SOPs, guides, FAQs, and training resources.
Design, configure, and maintain low-code apps (Google AppSheet, Google Sites) to improve processes.
Provide primary application support, troubleshoot incidents, and meet SLAs.
Manage user accounts and access per security policies.
