Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize and handle IT ticket requests.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
• Assist with day-to-day IT operations and responsibilities.
• Leverage PowerShell to initiate solutions.
• Maintain budgets, schedules and status reports for assigned projects.
• Respond to break-fix issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Define and track agile development of software features requested by the business.
