Job summary

QTS Realty Trust is offering a summer internship in its data center development group in Phoenix. Interns will join a fast-paced environment with weekly lunch-and-learns, a comprehensive orientation, and site-based activities, socials, and volunteering events.

You will support the full lifecycle of data center builds and company operations, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Eligibility includes actively pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field; strong

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Management, Economics, Mathematics, Accounting, Finance, STEM, Data Science, HR, or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Development team with core projects and construction process oversight.
• Aid in budget management, scheduling, and status reports; support entitlement and permitting needs.
• Develop scopes of work for design, construction, and commissioning services; monitor budgets and schedules.
