Trillium is seeking a motivated IT Support Intern to join our Systems and Support team in NYC. The role offers hands-on experience managing enterprise systems and assisting users in a fast-paced environment.

You will gain exposure to Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and workstation deployment while supporting onboarding/offboarding and basic documentation. This in-person internship runs Summer 2027 for 12–13 weeks with potential for full-time conversion.

Responsibilities

• Assist with deploying workstations, monitors, and peripherals.
• Build, image, and configure Windows workstations using modern tools.
• Provide Level 1 technical support for local and remote staff.
