Job summary

Agri-Cover, Inc. is seeking an IT support professional to assist the Information Technology department with everyday user questions and technical tasks. You will help colleagues with Office applications, printers, and basic internet tools, while also installing and updating software on workstations and laptops.

You will test and troubleshoot issues, and assist with hardware, network, and server maintenance. Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

• Completion of freshman year toward a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or similar field.

Language Skills

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Mathematical skills

• Ability to calculate simple figures and amounts. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Reasoning Ability

• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Computer skills

• To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Database software; Internet software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
