The Computer Systems Administrator at Benefit & Risk Management Services, Inc. will be responsible for providing company wide computer hardware and software support, including on-site maintenance and coordination with contractors.
Key duties include installing, testing, and repairing computers and peripherals, maintaining software, troubleshooting end-user issues, and documenting processes. The role requires Linux, AD, Exchange/Office 365, and VDI/VMware expertise, with a focus on reliability

High School diploma or G.E.D; and minimum of 5 years working in a related Information Systems field; or equivalent and any combination of education, training, and/or experience, which demonstrates ability to perform the duties described
Ability to read, speak, and write effectively in English. Ability to interpret documents such as plan documents, memos, letters, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports, meeting notes, project documentation, and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before customers or employees of organization. Ability to effectively address or resolve customer service issues within guidelines of the position.
Valid, class C license in state working with no adverse driving record.
