Kuiper IT Services is seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to provide technical support for infrastructure, warehousing, production, and laboratory facilities. This role is essential for maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring reliable technology systems.

Key job responsibilities

1. This is a 1st shift position, Mon-Fri, starting at 8:00 AM.
2. Handle work via ticketing system, ensuring compliance with standard procedures.
3. Manage network infrastructure including switches, routers, and firewalls.
4. Support test stations, their components, and associated software.
5. Maintain system security and compliance with industry standards.
6. Respond to and resolve infrastructure issues promptly.
7. Perform scheduled maintenance and upgrades.
8. Assist with project implementations and technology deployments.
9. Participate in on-call responsibilities.

About the team

Kuiper IT Services is a fast-paced technical support team focused on supporting large-scale initiatives, including Production, Lab Operations, Launch, and Warehousing, with a Day1 mentality.

PODSTAWOWE KWALIFIKACJE

• 3+ years of networking experience (DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, TCP/IP).
• 3+ years supporting Windows Server technologies: AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM.
• 3+ years of technical support experience.
• Experience supporting Windows, Mac, or Linux OS in a corporate setting.
• Ability to work in manufacturing and laboratory environments.
• Willingness to perform on-call duties.
• Occasional travel as required by business needs.
