• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)
• Certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, Cisco/CCNA, AWS (preferred)

About The Role

As an IT Support Engineer I, you will use your knowledge and specialized skills to implement technical solutions and provide high quality support for computer hardware, operating systems, or enterprise application software.

You are able to determine when it is appropriate to deviate from a standard practice to accomplish the desired result.

You can troubleshoot and solve straightforward problems that do not have defined SOPs.

Required qualifications

• High school or equivalent diploma
• 2+ years of professional experience
• 2+ years of troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment experience
• 2+ years of networking (such as DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP) experience
• 2+ years of PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment and liquidation experience
• 1+ years of IT client, server, and network service delivery experience
• Fluent in Cisco/networking and either Linux and/or Microsoft
• Possess and maintain a current, valid Driver License

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
