Job summary

Amazon is seeking an IT Support Associate II to assist the operations team across facilities in Michigan. You will handle IT equipment, tickets, and customer support, while embracing continuous learning and training new hires.

A day in the life

In this role, you will balance daily technical support operations—including ticket management and phone support with strategic project work. The IT Support Associate II plays a key role in maintaining system uptime while assisting with the implementation of new technologies and internal initiatives.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service
• Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
• Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems
• 1+ years of Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware (installation), AWS, or other industry relevant certifications
