Amazon North Las Vegas is seeking an IT Support Associate II to assist the operations team in resolving technical problems across Amazon Operations facilities in a defined region. You will troubleshoot IT equipment, support multiple systems, and participate in ongoing training to advance your career within Amazon.

This role requires hands-on problem solving, strong customer service, and the ability to lift up to 49 pounds and remain on your feet during long shifts.

About The Role

As an IT Support Associate II, you will use your skills to support the operations team in resolving technical problems within Amazon operations facilities in a defined geographical area that span across a multitude of technical disciplines. Key job responsibilities

• Allocating, maintaining, and troubleshooting of IT equipment used in Amazon Operations facilities.
• Handling support requests and procedures across the network.

• Traveling within your local or regional area to support our customers.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems
• Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service
• Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
• 1+ years of Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware (installation), AWS, or other industry relevant certifications
