Amazon Operations is seeking an IT Support Associate II to assist the operations team across facilities in a defined region, handling IT equipment, network support, and onboarding new hires.

You will travel within the local area, lift up to 49 lbs, work shifts up to 12 hours, and continually learn new technologies while delivering reliable tech support to multiple buildings.

As an IT Support Associate II, you will use your skills to support the operations team in resolving technical problems within Amazon operations facilities in a defined geographical area that span across a multitude of technical disciplines. Key job responsibilities

Basic Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems
• Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service
• Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
• 1+ years of Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware (installation), AWS, or other industry relevant certifications
