Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with IT support data and multi-source datasets.
• 3+ years of SQL experience to extract, transform, and analyze data.
• 3+ years building dashboards and visualizations in Tableau/Looker or equivalent.
• 3+ years with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in data analytics or related field (or Master's with relevant experience).

Responsibilities

• Partner with support leaders to translate questions into data problems and deliver evidence-based recommendations.
• Extract, clean, transform, and validate data from multiple support systems.
• Build and maintain Tableau/Looker dashboards and reports; identify trends and anomalies.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses of support operations data and present clear findings.
• Use AI to accelerate insight generation while ensuring accuracy and reliability.
• Develop reproducible analytical workflows with clean SQL and well-documented code.
• Monitor data quality across sources and work with data engineering to resolve issues.
