Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with learning and development data (training platforms, content performance, or learner engagement).
• 3+ years writing SQL to extract, transform, and analyze data from large multi-source datasets.
• 3+ years building dashboards/visualizations in Tableau, Looker, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc analyses for training programs and knowledge resources.
• Analyze learning data to measure program effectiveness and inform decisions.
• Collaborate with knowledge and training leaders to translate business questions into analytical work and insights.
• Write SQL to model data from large datasets and present findings to stakeholders.
