Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking an IT Supply Chain Analyst to support and improve technology solutions across procurement, planning, manufacturing, inventory, warehousing, and logistics. This role acts as a bridge between Supply Chain and IT to optimize systems, data, and processes for better efficiency and decision-making.

Responsibilities include optimizing ERP, WMS, and TMS; collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements; analyzing data to improve forecasting and inventory;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience supporting IT solutions for supply chain, warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or ERP environments.
• Experience with WMS, TMS, and SAP or other ERP solutions.
• Knowledge of EDI, integrations, APIs, and data management principles.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, or business analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Support and optimize ERP, WMS, and TMS systems.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, and Logistics teams on requirements and tech solutions.
• Analyze data and system performance to improve inventory management and efficiency.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs using Power BI and Excel.
• Troubleshoot system issues and maintain data integrity.
• Coordinate system upgrades, testing, and process improvements.
• Create and maintain process docs and training materials.
• Support ERP integrations with other business systems.
