Job summary

Bowman Andros Products is hiring an IT Supply Chain Analyst to partner with Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehousing, Customer Service, and Manufacturing to implement, optimize, and manage supply chain technology solutions. The role supports transformation initiatives to improve inventory visibility, warehouse efficiency, transportation effectiveness, and overall supply chain performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
3-5 years of experience supporting supply chain, warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or ERP systems.
Experience with enterprise software implementations or business transformation projects.
Strong understanding of supply chain and distribution processes.
Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted IT partner to Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution, and Manufacturing leadership.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, visibility, scalability, and customer service through technology solutions.
Participate in supply chain transformation initiatives and digital roadmap planning.
Support the evaluation, selection, implementation, and deployment of new supply chain applications (WMS, TMS, logistics, planning).
Participate in requirements gathering, design, testing, training, and go-live activities.
Work with implementation partners and vendors throughout project lifecycles.
Assist in change management and user adoption efforts.
Develop dashboards and analytics using Power BI and other tools.
