The Multnomah County District Attorney’s (MCDA) Office is seeking an experienced and collaborative IT Supervisor to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the MCDA Network Operations team, which includes Help Desk and Systems Administration services. This role combines leadership, hands‑on technical expertise, and cross‑departmental coordination to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient technology operations that support the mission of the District Attorney’s Office. The ideal candidate is a skilled IT professional who excels in team leadership, process improvement, customer service delivery, and building strong relationships across internal teams, County IT, partner agencies, and vendors. The work schedule is typically Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
