Job summary

CGS Federal is seeking an IT Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide expertise in application and systems software across departments. You will analyze complex hardware, software, and telecommunication systems to help define procedures, deliver SOPs, and training materials for diverse audiences.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in OBIEE, Oracle Forms, Reports, and PL/SQL, with Agile, UNIX, Java, SFTO, and APEX experience. US citizenship and ability to obtain a clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience with OBIEE, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports.
• Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a clearance.
• Knowledge of data governance, data management, data modeling, data cleansing, data extraction, transformation, data migration, data integration, and data mapping.
• 7+ years of experience with PL/SQL.
• Experience with Agile Methodology and Data Analytics tools (e.g., ADVANA) and UNIX OS; Java; SFTO; APEX.

Responsibilities

• Assess and redefine procedures using best practices.
• Work with a wide range of key stakeholders and system users to enhance understanding of agency systems.
• Coordinate program goals, requirements, performance analysis, and innovation projects.
• Provide recommendations for improvements in the IT systems and other business ventures.
• Develop procedures, manuals, and other documentation for process and technology needs.
• Define how information systems may be upgraded or replaced.
• Support the operation and maintenance of complex IT systems.
