Job summary

CGS seeks an IT Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the Information Technology department in the United States. The role analyzes complex systems to define procedures and deliver SOPs, presentations, and training for diverse audiences.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in CS or related field and 5+ years with OBIEE, Oracle Forms/Reports, and 7+ years PL/SQL, plus Agile, ADVANA, UNIX, Java, SFTO, and APEX experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in OBIEE, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports.
• 7+ years of experience with PL/SQL.
• Knowledge of data governance, data management, data modeling, data cleansing, data extraction and transformation, data analysis, data migration, data integration, and data mapping.
• Experience with Agile Methodology is highly desired.
• Experience with Data Analytics tools (ADVANA) is highly desired.
• Experience with UNIX OS, Java, SFTO, and APEX is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist with and consult on the design, development, documentation, and delivery of SOPs, presentations, and training materials.
• Work with a wide range of stakeholders to enhance understanding of agency systems.
• Define how information systems may be upgraded or replaced and support IT system operation and maintenance.
