Job summary

CGS Federal is seeking an IT Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide expertise in application and systems software across departments. You will analyze complex hardware, software, and telecom systems to define processes and procedures for use cases, and deliver SOPs, presentations, and training materials.

The role requires a BS in CS, 5+ years with OBIEE/Oracle Forms/Reports and 7+ years PL/SQL, US citizenship, and ability to obtain a security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience with OBIEE, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports.
• 7+ years of experience with PL/SQL.
• US Citizen and able to obtain a security clearance.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and data analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex hardware, software, and telecom systems to define processes and procedures.
• Assist with design, development, documentation, and delivery of SOPs, presentations, and training materials.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to coordinate program goals, requirements, and performance analysis.
• Support operation and maintenance of complex IT systems.
