Job summary

Unió Digital in Tucson, AZ is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead structured cabling and IT onboarding initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to scope and budget.

The successful candidate will manage schedules, coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams, attend on-site meetings in Tucson, and drive continuous improvement through meticulous record-keeping and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management and project management processes.
• PMP certificate or proven background in project management principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Full lifecycle management of structured cabling, IT onboarding, and IT maintenance projects ensuring on-time, within-scope, and on-budget delivery.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules with milestones and communication plans.
• Facilitate communication between suppliers, clients, general contractors, other subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Attend on-site meetings in Tucson, Arizona, and surrounding areas.
• Conduct site surveys to assess feasibility and identify potential challenges before kickoff and closeout reviews.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely acquisition of materials and on-budget delivery.
• Work with finance to manage project costs and develop forecasts.
